SHIPPING POLICY

Most Smart Swimsuits products are made to order and are currently being produced and shipped from our facility within a few weeks, depending on the specific product. We’re doing our best to keep our team (and you!) safe during the pandemic which means extended production times. After your order is processed you will receive a tracking code so you could observe your shipping.

We'll notify you via email, once shipped, with an estimated delivery date.

All Shippings of our swimwear pieces will be brought to you via a tracked shipping.

Standard shipping by USPS or DHL - free across the USA

In case we have items in stock, we ship all orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. And delivery time takes 5-10 days after purchase.

Please be sure to verify that all delivery information is correct and complete. If the information is inaccurate or does not confirm to postal standards, we may have to contact you to amend this information.

In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared and processed. The delivery time may be prolonged as a result.

International delivery - Mexico & Canada

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Smart Swimsuit LLC

We are not responsible for any external issues that would cause late delivery (postal strike, weather conditions).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE/SWAP SIZE All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of tracked reception. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and sanitary liner. A new size can be ordered free of charge by contacting us.


A new size will be sent after the reception of the other piece in perfect condition. However, if after the reception of the new size no purchase happens and a refund is requested we'll be forced to charge the shipping & return fee (amount depending on destination).


RETURNS Items purchased from smartswimsuits.us are eligible for a full refund of the product. Item must be returned within 30 days of reception of the goods. Refund will be done 3-5 days after tracked reception of the pieces.

Sale items and accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with discount or promo codes.


CONDITIONS Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Any exchange or refund will only be made after delivery of the goods in the above-described condition.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE 1. Send us an email and fill the form with you name and the issue with the sizing. Explain clearly if you'd like to receive a new piece (free of charge) or would like to request a refund.

2. A shipping label will be generated, please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items back in the packaging you received along with the return form and seal. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest shipping location. This should happen within 30 days of reception.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed.
